Jeux d'eau evokes the vibrations of light on sea water on a calm sunny morning.
There is no focal point in the composition, which invites the viewer to observe the shapes created on the sand by the movement of the water, and to marvel at the variations in color, which depending on depth go from pale yellow to green, by the magic of the reverberation of the cloudless blue of the summer sky.
