I am joining in the "Fête de l'estampe" for the first time and am opening the doors to my house studio on the 24th, 26th, 29th and 30th of May in the afternoons by appointment (to comply with the COVID restrictions).

You are welcome if you wish to pop over, please contact me by sending me a message via the contact form.

Exhibition of my prints as well as Anne de la Forge's Art enamels and Mizanne's ceramics

As you may remember, Mizanne and I had been invited to showcase our work in Anne’s beautiful troglodyte studio in Gouvieux at the beginning of April during the European Artistic Crafts Days. This major event in France had to be held online.

We had great fun setting up new ways of displaying our crafts however, as so many, we were sad not to be able to have direct contact and interesting occasions to talk to our visitors.

In France, the careful and slow process of easing lockdown has just begun and we are delighted to meet art lovers in the flesh again!

I am releasing two prints on this occasion:

  • Odysée, a small blind embossed print (open edition) made in response to the prompt "under pressure" of the challenge "Printesolstice"

  • Maylody, a 3 colours reduction print, edition of 20, made during Print day in May (all the pictures of its creation here) for which I was delighted to be awarded a prize by one of the sponsors of Print day in May, Artisan Media
